There is a lot to see in Spain so we have broken it into several pages. Links are at the bottom of the pages.
Barcelona
This is a church being built as in days past, It has been under constrution for over a hundred years and is not scheduled to be complete for some time. This is Guadi's master piece and has a unique construction, most either love it or hate it.
The exterior is covered with extensive stone work carvings.
The pillars are multi-colored marble. The windows modern stained glass. Again love it or hate it, it is unique.
Of course Barcelona has a traditional Cathedral built between 13 and 15th centuries.

Gothic quarter.
Cascada Fountain is Wonderful fountain found in Parc de la Ciutadella.
This shows the busy Modern Barcelona with historic buildings on the side and Chritopher Colombus Monument in the background.
Madrid
Catch trains to every where from here including the high speed train to Seville.
The royal palace is very elegant inside but not as historic as some.
Also more modern.
This has to be one of the best attrations in Madrid. The flowers, trees, lakes and monuments are extensive.
Many intersections in Madrid are graced with elegant fashions. Although the outside is plain be sure to visit The Prado Museum, it has some the worlds greatest art.
Seville
The Cathedral is massive taking up a whole block and one of the largest in the world. It is normally open 365 days of the year but was closed for some renovations when we were there.
Pedro the Cruel built this palce in the mudejar style in the 14th century.
Is a massive plaza with marble, tiles and water features.
The infamous bull fighting ring.
Thesr are numerous parks in Seville with beautiful trees and flowers.
